Went in to get 70% cleaning alcohol and was greeted with a lovely lady with pink hair. She helped me pick between the alcohol or bleach. While they didn’t have cement glue, she went out of her way to look up where I could get it

I visited the Chatswood store today to try to solve a problem with an item I had purchased a few months beforehand. I was served by Rebecca. The service I received was second to none. Rebecca "new" the product and in a very short time had diagnosed the problem and arranged for me to pick up a replacement at another Jaycar store. She was courteous and helpful and gave the impression that she enjoyed helping me. If I had to rate her out of 10 I would say 12!!!!

As a local business to Jaycars we have used there services on many occasions for issues with the car. A few months ago I had a headlight fitted. Went back this morning as the same one blew, these things happen was more than happy to pay for it. This time the gentleman helping me refused to fit it saying it wasn’t in their policy to fit it? I said on numerous occasions I’ve come in and they quickly fitted it. He said “not today” Confused travelled all the way to Jay car Hornsby where they fitted it in 2 minutes with a staff member there saying “the Chatswood guys were probably having a bad day?”

Great staff, great store. The staff here are very patient, helpful, and understanding, with special mention to the manager, Sean who went above and beyond to explain products and give great advice. 100% recommend.

Jaycar Electronics is a great place to find all your need for anything electrical and for hobbyists. There are not really any other stores that cater for what they supply. The service is very good and most staff members have good range of knowledge.
