Great shopping experience at JB Hi-Fi. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help without being pushy. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed at a competitive price. The store was well-organized, checkout was quick, and the overall service was excellent. I visited yesterday to purchase an Xbox, and I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience I had. The manager approached me straight away and was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Shortly after, another team member helped me organise a package with an extra controller and some games. She price matched everything, applied additional discounts where possible, explained the process clearly, and let me know I'd receive updates. The whole experience was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Before coming to JB Hi-Fi, I had visited another store where the staff showed little interest in helping me, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The difference at JB Hi-Fi was night and day. A big thank you to the team for going above and beyond. Outstanding customer service like this is exactly why I'll be coming back and recommending JB Hi-Fi to others. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience Had a faulty pair of headphones that I needed to replace. I walk into your store. There was a man at the front who was courteous. Understood the problem and told me the section to go to. When I arrived there was a lady whom you exactly what I required as the man at the front had communicated with her before I got there. The exchange was quick and easy once I explained the fault. Very pleasant staff. Highly recommend

I visited the store to purchase an Apple keyboard case for my daughter’s iPad and even brought the iPad with me so the staff could help confirm the correct model and size. Unfortunately, I received almost no assistance. After waiting quite a while, a staff member asked me from two rows away, “What size are you after?” without coming over to check the device. I expected some basic help to confirm the correct keyboard case, but that never happened. I eventually said it might be the 11-inch model, and he brought one over. My daughter liked the black colour, which was fine. However, the interaction then became quite uncomfortable. While holding the keyboard case, he said, “This is $499 — is that price OK for you?” I confirmed that it was fine and that I would take it. Surprisingly, he then responded, “Oh, this is too expensive, I can’t give this to you. I’ll give you the invoice and you can pay at the counter.” I found this comment very inappropriate and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect regardless of the price of the product I choose to purchase. In the end, I felt I had to rely on self-service most of the time rather than receiving proper assista

This is really serious Brought headphones around 2 hours ago, was uncomfortable they didn’t said there is no return policy when I was buying it. I went back to swap with something bigger but got told straight no in a very rude way. The one on the cashier, please learn how to communicate properly with your costumer.
