Still traumatised by the time I called here to enquire about vet services and was told by their head vet Nicole that they do not accept “people like (me)” due to judgements about staying in hostels and airbnbs while moving back to sydney as hotels where too expensive with vet fee commitments. When I asked how they came across such information, I was advised that a local vet in the area who Id used previously and changed due to not being happy about the service had done a post about me on Facebook which had disclosed all my personal information, information about where I lived and financial information simply as I owed a balance where an arrangement with them had been put in place. This post was a bullying get back for leaving a negative review about some of the rude behaviour Id experienced. Nicole was incredibly arrogant about this post, laughed at me on the phone and hung up on me. Aside from the fact its illegal for vets to publicly be disclosing information about customers and breaks many privacy laws- When I tried to voice my experience with Nicole she responded in reviews with lies and blocked me on instagram. Highly recommend this praxis. They have looked after our boy, checked, showed and cared really well. This Veterinary Hospital really cares, starting by reception, nurses and the Vet Dr. - highly recommend the team. Your loved one is in good hands there.

I cannot recommend Dr Lauren Kaplan and the team at Jersey Rd Vets highly enough. Dr Lauren went above and beyond to care for my beautiful dog, Indiana, during what was a really stressful and emotional time. From the moment we walked in, she was gentle, kind, and genuinely caring… not just towards Indiana, but towards me as well. Indiana needed surgery to remove some very painful teeth, and Dr Lauren handled everything with such professionalism and compassion. Thanks to her skill and care, the procedure was a complete success and my boy is now back to 100% health - happy, comfortable, and full of life again. There truly aren’t words to express how grateful I am. Getting my boy back to his happy self means everything. Jersey Road Vet is exceptionally warm, friendly, kind and professional. I visited today because my little dog developed a cyst on one of his back paws, perhaps called by a grass seed or sharp prickle in the park, and he was seen promptly and efficiently. I am very impressed.

We have been using Nicole and the team at Jersey Road Vet for more than 2 decades. Our anxious cocker spaniel is soothed by the consistent warm, calm atmosphere. Highly recommend.
