Thanks Caroline and the team at JJC for your help with complicated property investing accounting and strategy questions. It's so much easier talking to professionals that have a history or investing in residential property as well. It helps with the depreciation schedules, the build limit dates of scraping schedules and the claims that a property investor is entitled to. It's easy when you only have 1 investment, but your team makes it easy to hold a portfolio.
