I have been a client of Terry Grundsman for 25 years , Terry recommended Fred Klein a senior accountant at Prime Tax Experts assist me with my business/personal accounts for the last 7 years. In early 2023 I recommended my partner to PRIME TAX Experts, Fred assisted him with setting up a self managed Superanuation Trust Fund , Fred also pushed for him to put a portion of the super into his sons Bussiness - JAMES BUG Proprietry Ltd , registered at Bondi office . For a weekly interest return. My partner did this in good faith on the proviso he could call the principle in at any time . Sadly not only did the interest payments peter out, for a whole year we had the stress of having to make repeated calls for the principle to be returned , some of it was returned but $16000 was not returned , and no further interest payments were made, despite repeated promises from Fred of ...next week ...next week . Then Fred wouldn't return calls & cut off contact . It is so disappointing, frustrating that my partner clearly was ripped off.
