Had the best experience with my hair from Olga today. She is so lovely and I got a relaxing hair wash and beautiful blow dry and waves. I loved it and was so happy you can just walk in. She is also a curl cut specialist so I would recommend her for that too

Very disappointed with my haircut today. I asked for a specific style, but the result was quite different from what I requested, and the cut was noticeably uneven. I raised my concerns during the appointment and asked for adjustments, hoping it could be corrected. Unfortunately, the haircut became even more uneven after the changes were made. The appointment took around five minutes, loose hair was left throughout my hair and on my neck, and a styling product was used that left my hair feeling greasy and smelling unpleasant. My stylist was Klein. This is simply my personal experience, but based on the quality of the haircut and service I received, I would not return or recommend this barber. Great experience, no wait time at all and Courtney was amazing! She was always checking in and making sure that I was happy with my haircut, and was super friendly. Very happy with the results :)

Olga was so amazingly sweet. Kept making sure I was comfortable not just in general but temperature of the water and how hot the hair dryer was. We had good conversation while she was as sweet and gentle as possible. Highly recommend and appreciate her service.

I visited Just Cuts in Bondi Junction on 30 June for a simple, quick haircut. Unfortunately, the result was quite disappointing. When I got home, I noticed my hair was noticeably uneven, with random sections cut as short as 3 cm ( it looked rushed and lacked attention to detail). As a full-time working mum with two young children and upcoming travel, I wasn’t able to return right away. I came back on 5 August (the first opportunity I had), hoping the team would acknowledge the issue and offer a solution. When I arrived, a female staff member greeted me kindly and asked me to take a seat so she could fix the haircut. She was polite, professional, and genuinely empathetic. After reviewing the photos, she apologised and said that if she were the manager, she would fix it for me without hesitation. However, she needed to check as a long time had passed. Before she could proceed, she spoke to another staff member (male), the male staff member abruptly stepped in and took over. His tone was dismissive and unhelpful. Without even reviewing the photos or hearing my explanation, he called the manager and informed me the issue wouldn’t be resolved because I had passed the 7-day guarantee
