Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin… I chose this salon because it’s known as one of the most renowned and expensive salons in Bondi. As someone new to Australia, I trusted the reputation and genuinely believed I would be in good hands. Unfortunately, this turned into one of the biggest hair disappointments I’ve ever experienced. I asked for a soft, natural and elegant soft brunette highlights look. Before this appointment, my hair was completely natural, healthy, and had never been chemically treated. The result was patchy, orange, uneven hair that became extremely damaged. I experienced chemical breakage, and the color looked nothing like what I had asked for. I went back to the salon twice, giving them opportunities to fix the issue, but unfortunately each attempt only caused even more damage to my hair. The staff were always polite and kind, however the final result was devastating. I spent almost $900 expecting quality and professionalism, and now I’m left with damaged hair that I can’t even safely correct elsewhere at the moment because it’s so fragile. Cate is always absolutely fantastic. I always love my hair when she does it & leave happy. Shes so friendly, it’s like coming in & chatting with one of the girls. I’ve been coming to Cate for a few months now & she’s the best hairstylist I’ve had. 100% recommend, she’s brilliant 🥰

Carsey at Oscar & Oscar Bondi did an excellent job with my haircut. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and tailored the style perfectly to suit me. Her warm, welcoming, and professional approach made the whole experience very comfortable. I’m extremely happy with the result and truly appreciate the care she put into her work.
