After my parked car was backed into I just needed a new door, these guys quoted me $4000. After I said that was ridiculous they went down to $1000 and I left. I ended up getting it fixed for $300 elsewhere with no problems. Make sure they don’t scam you.

Have you had an accident and want your car to look brand new again? Well look no further. After an unfortunate accident which damaged the fender, front panel and rim, I took my car to the team at Kass Smash. Leo and Tim were quick to take on the job. They ran us through everything they were going to do thoroughly and how long it would take with a very can-do attitude all with a great conversation and positive vibes. Even had a good laugh. We were advised the car would take 2 weeks to repair, only 1 week later the car was ready, polished and looking better than when it drove off the dealership floor. Absolutely outstanding work from a hardworking team. A big thankyou to Leo and Tim, the best panel beaters in the industry. Will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on.

I had my BMW 3 series repaired by KASS through NRMA insurance and the minor repair was far from complete / professional . The interior drivers side door trim was loose and unclipped at the top and was not flush. The drives side mirror assembly was loose as the bolt was not screwed in properly and the front bumper number plate bracket only had 1 of the 2 screws fitted correctly. Clearly showing a lack of care for the most basic details.

Genuine high recommendation for Kass Smash Repairs. They deserve more than a 5 star rating. The entire experience from initial arrival to receiving finished vehicle was exceptional. They are attentive, thorough and go beyond just helping. I felt "taken care of" which in today's distracted world is rare to find. The cherry on this cake...their workshop and workmanship is exceptional. What a next level experience. Thanks to the entire team at Kass.
