This was the most satisfying and well managed interaction I’ve ever had with an automotive outfit, and I’ve had quite a few! Responsive, respectful, efficient, communicative and always delivered what they promised. The completed job was of excellent quality, but it’s the service that stands out. Everyone I dealt with was very good; Ashley was the best. Everyone had a personality; everyone was polite and friendly and they also have a sense of humour, which is important when your vehicle is in a mess. Highly recommended, and then some. Les (Glebe)

Honestly, I thought the real accident was going to be dealing with insurance and repairs people, but Richard and his team proved me wrong.
