Over the past year, I’ve had a very poor experience dealing with Dean A. as a property manager. Ongoing water damage and mould issues in the apartment have taken far too long to address despite multiple follow-ups. Communication has been slow and inconsistent, with action only occurring after repeated escalation. This has significantly impacted the liveability of the property and is extremely concerning from both a tenant and landlord perspective. I absolutely do not recommend them.
