Amazing massage! One of the best I’ve ever had. The therapist was skilled, professional, and knew exactly where my muscles needed attention. I left feeling so relaxed and pain-free. Clean, peaceful environment and excellent service. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!

Very disappointing and painful experience at Life Tree Massage in Parramatta. Before the massage started, I clearly told the therapist that I only wanted my neck worked on and that I did NOT want strong pressure. Despite this, she repeatedly pressed very hard. It was uncomfortable and painful, and I even ended up with bruising on my ear (I have photos). The massage cost $70 ($40 paid by card and $30 cash). After I realised how sore and bruised I was, I went back to the shop and politely asked for a refund. The staff refused and said I should have said something during the massage, even though I had already told the therapist not to push hard. I’m very disappointed with how this situation was handled. A professional massage therapist should listen to their client’s requests and stop if the pressure is causing pain. Instead, my concerns were dismissed and no effort was made to resolve the issue. I have now contacted my bank regarding the card payment and will also be lodging a complaint with NSW Fair Trading.
