I've been seeing Sam for ongoing neck and shoulder pain and have had amazing results. He’s incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain his treatment and rehabilitation program in detail. I always feel well looked after and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great chiropractor.

I cannot praise the team at Spinal & Sports Care enough! Sam is an amazing chiropractor—incredibly friendly, caring, and highly professional with my entire family’s care. He is an absolute 10/10! I have been seeing Sam for a frozen shoulder, and the results have been incredible. What was expected to be an 18-month recovery has turned into just 6 months—putting me way ahead of schedule. I started with severe pain and limited movement, but I am now moving quite freely and expect a full recovery very soon. If you want effective results, I highly recommend Sam and the team!

The team at Spinal and Sports Care are incredible and really look after you and your individual needs. Sam Hamilton is a brilliant sports chiro who has assisted me with extremely complex injuries, and his wealth of experience and expertise in treating sports injuries helps him understand your needs really well. Adam Amico is a fantastic Physio who also runs the hydrotherapy classes, and makes sure you are on track with your recovery goals. Recovery takes time, and you need a great team behind you, and I couldn't recommend Spinal and Sports Care enough. Would give 6 stars if I could.

For several months I've been suffering from on and off headaches and vertigo. I tried medications, I saw a neurologist.. Nothing helped. I thought to give physical therapy a go and it ended up being exactly what I needed! I was provided a tailored remedial massage plan w/ Lisa and a neck adjustment w/ Lorenzo, which has ultimately cured my ailment. I feel more energetic, I’m sleeping better, it’s genuinely improved my quality of life. Spinal & Sports Care are well organised, the staff are lovely. I highly recommend to anyone seeking physio or chiro!

If you’re considering back surgery, please read this first. I’m 28 and had two lower back surgeries within three months at the end of last year.
