It is 1 pm. I came in to buy alcohol for my 21st birthday tomorrow night.. We bought 5 bottles of liquor for my birthday. My brothers id is valid but it has a crack in the corner. She said okay fine I will accept it. I looked to my brother asking about the crack and she said “because of the side eye you guys are banned” I said I didn’t mean to look like a side eye u was just asking about what she said. And she said I don’t care I’m not serving u. We said okay and left. Her name id Alice. As we came in she was clearly in a bad mood.

I think the management changed recently. The new staff are overbearing and hover around you (in a cramped store), and they didn’t have brown paper bags for wine bottles. Not a great experience.

Why do you guys carry so much USA drinks especially Whiskey, we should be boycotting everything Seppo until the Orange One stops his dumb tariffs & buying & selling Oil Futures. Buy Aussie, Canadian, Japanese- anything except yank !!

Guys working here need to relax. Both looked annoyed to working there and it was only 10 in the morning, and store should be presentable. They had a trolley with boxes clogging up aisle and also left flatten boxes piled up outside the store - probably against building by laws too
