I called Liverpool Council today after my camera fell into a water drain and needed help getting it out. Mark and Isaiah came to assist and they were absolutely amazing. They were so kind, helpful, and professional, and went out of their way to rescue my camera. I really appreciate their effort and the great service they provided. Thank you so much, Mark and Isaiah!

Liverpool parking is beyond a joke and it’s especially frustrating for anyone actually trying to do the right thing. There are simply not enough parking spaces, and the situation becomes even more unacceptable for hospital patients, visitors, and carers who are expected to show up on time with no realistic place to park. Instead of providing adequate, practical parking options near key services like hospitals, the council seems more focused on issuing high fines for anyone who inevitably gets caught out by the system. The lack of response to public reviews and ongoing complaints only makes it worse. It gives the impression of complete indifference—no solutions, no improvements, just the same cycle of frustration and penalties. People are left stressed, out of pocket, and feeling ignored, all while trying to attend essential appointments or support vulnerable patients. It’s a poorly managed system that punishes necessity and ignores basic community needs.

If I could rate a -10 star I would. Absolutely disgraceful experience with Councillor Mira Ibrahim from Liverpool City Council. The way she spoke to me, my family, and the group I was with at a local park was completely disrespectful, condescending, and unacceptable. We were treated like third-class citizens, with no basic decency or respect. Her attitude was arrogant and dismissive—completely inappropriate for someone in a position meant to serve the community. Based on this experience, I seriously question whether she is fit to represent the local residents. No one in a public role should be speaking to people this way, and there needs to be accountability for this kind of behaviour.

Worst council ever in the world Give people parking fine for faulty parking meters. Don't park here they give fine on purpose, you can't even argue having a dash cam for proofs. These clowns won't take anything for excuses just issue the fines.
