Receptionists are always polite, and the doctors are very good and professional, there is some waiting time, but they are very busy and my doctor always apologises for the wait.

No disrespect to Dr V Goyal, very well mannered, but I had an appointment for 10.40am, just needed a script that’s all, 1 hour and 30 min later I am still waiting to see the doctor the receptionist said he was running late again. As a diabetic I got a bit anxious to go in when I asked the receptionist how much longer do I have to Waite she replied there were 2 in front of me. Well this was not the case as I sat down hoping I was the next to be called out, the receptionist showed 2 females to be seated not long after they walked into the surgery outside the doctors office. Well that finally did it I ended up cancelling left the surgery at 12:15 pm You Receptionist need to get your priorities randomly appointments corrected, you will loose a lot of loyal patients.

Rang this medical centre up today to try and book an appointment. Some lady confirmed an opening and hung up in my face. I called again to figure out why she even hung up and she did it again. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, waste of time and no care for patients. Her attitude was sharper than a rusty blade! 2.6 Stars as of this date. Deserves atleast a negative rating. 2.6 is way too generous for this medical centre. If the owners are reading this. Please get some new receptionists! They are absolutely terrible at their job.

I went to Liverpool medical centre for my pre employment vaccines. First I took appointment with gp then he suggested me some vaccines, on that day RN was not available and I took appointment of next day.. next day I went for vaccine and an old receptionist told me to pay. I said pay for vaccine is ok but why for nurse. She said because doctor suggested you to have this. I said, but I didn’t meet doctor today. She was stuck on her statement. “ no no you have to pay”… I said when we take vaccine from any chemist shop , they never charge for administering the vaccine, they only charge for the vaccine then why you?? here was her reply “ ok then you can go there”..very very cheap customer service,, they should learn how to behave with customers. So here my question is , what’s the purpose of taking appointments with our gp for vaccines if we have to pay extra.

Zero stars. If I could rate lower, I honestly would. Came to this Medical Centre for my bub’s vaccine — instead got seats to the “Angriest Receptionist Alive” show. This is the third time I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with her, and every time she manages to outdo her own rudeness. A true overachiever in the art of being unpleasant. She snapped at other patients, rolled her eyes like it was cardio, and had absolutely no regard for elderly people. We waited 1.5 hours because she told us to — only to casually mention later that the nurse isn’t even in today. Ma’am, your job is to communicate, not silently judge and ignore. I genuinely don’t know what she’s going through, but whatever it is — it doesn’t belong at the front desk of a medical centre. Too much attitude for a job that literally requires basic decency. Maybe someone should remind her: this isn’t a punishment posting. It’s customer-facing healthcare. If smiling hurts, at least try not to scowl. Please, train your staff. Or at the very least, send this one on a spa retreat and hope for a reset.
