I was having severe knee pain less than 8 weeks out from a half marathon and Hong helped me reach that goal. He provided me with clear exercise plans that were well-structured and the results were so good that I am continuing to see him after the half marathon to continue to work on issues that no one has been able to properly help me with before.

I had a fractured finger and Hong was incredibly helpful throughout the recovery process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I noticed a big improvement after my sessions, and he really helped get me back to normal and playing sport again. The whole clinic was welcoming and professional as well. Highly recommend Hong if you’re looking for a physio who genuinely cares about your recovery!

Went to see the physio, Hong Phat Nguyen, to help with my elbow tendinitis. He is a great listener and support person - which helped me lots during this difficult stage of injury. I learned a lot about my elbow pain and understood the causes and how to avoid them in the future. Massages, dry kneedling, rehab, the whole lot! Would highly recommend seeing Hong!!!
