I do understand were some of the poor reviews regarding miss Wendy Chan to be honest at first I thought the same but then I started to realize she is just straight forward very professional at her work and just being honest no drama no acting just being herself and Wendy is exactly that straight forward!!!

on behalf of my friend that used to see her for appointment and former worker. Wendy is one of the rudest, narcissistic and unprofessional that I have ever seen. The way how she interacts with people, she judges people by their appearance and making them feel uncomfortable. Also, I have heard that Wendy Bullies her workers thinking its ok, no it never ok and it is disgusting you should be ashame to yourself Wendy Cheng. The reason why people leaving you because you're not a friendly person and poor management. I felt sorry for all the former worker and clients that has to experience this negative scene as its very depressing. Good Luck Wendy of keeping your business alive as you ain't going nowhere if you keep carry on like this.

The owner Wendy is one of the most unprofessional and rude service providers I have ever come across. As someone with chronic pain, I have been to multiple allied health professionals but no one as rude and condescending to their customers as Wendy. Her customer service, communication skills and overall professionalism as an allied health professional is truly appalling. On multiple occasions, over the phone and text, Wendy has belittled me and made me, as a customer, feel stupid and dumb. I would not recommend this place to anyone, save your money and go elsewhere. You visit allied health professionals to be met with empathy and concern for your condition, however Wendy has only made me feel worse. No one deserves to be treated this poorly.

Great place the manager have high experience in the body and all muscles she can tell where the exact damage and she can treat it very well. Thank you Wendy for your help

The owner doesn't pay the employees and blocks their numbers, schedules trial days for potential employees and never opens the place on the scheduled day, ignoring your calls, messages and even blocking the number. Very strange, I'm still confused. I don't really understand why schedule a meeting, knowing that you would ignore your potential workers. Moreover, still posts their ad on Gumtree after this situation, so I wanted to warn potential employees. Don't support this place, it's shady.
