We've been renting through LJ Hooker Penrith for just over six years, and throughout that time we've never had a single issue. Everyone has always been friendly, professional and approachable, and whenever we've needed repairs or maintenance, everything has been organised and completed promptly. We've recently moved into another property with LJ Hooker Penrith, and they made the entire moving process so smooth. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. A special thank you to Wayne, our previous property manager, and Michael, our new property manager. Your professionalism, communication and support have been outstanding. We truly appreciate everything you've done for our family and highly recommend LJ Hooker Penrith to anyone looking for a reliable and caring real estate team.

We’ve had a really great experience with LJ Hooker Penrith so far. The team has been incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Such a cute and thoughtful touch was the gift basket when we picked up the keys. It made us feel so welcomed into our new home. Wayne, our property manager, has been amazing to deal with. He’s friendly, easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond. Any maintenance requests have been handled promptly and efficiently, which we really appreciate. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience and we’d happily recommend LJ Hooker Penrith to others.

We recently just signed our first rental with LJ Hooker Penrith and our property manager Nathan De Battista has made the process so easy from the moment we applied until being in the property. From updating us in the application process, communication pre moving in and getting the keys; to giving us a cute little welcome basket. The communication from Nathan has been fast and helpful. All in all very happy with the property and grateful to have Nathan as our property manager as we feel we are in safe hands.

Very excellent and welcoming experience with Nathan De Battista from LJ Hooker Penrith. The day of recieving my house keys I was gifted with a welcome pack which was a very thoughtful gesture. The correspondence I’ve had with Nathan as a tenant has been excellent and prompt. Excellent communication skills and actioning requests with any issues I’ve had in a timely manner. Providing me with very detailed information of any upcoming repairs, checks and services to be done at the property. I have been more than Happy with Nathan’s service with LJ Hooker - absolutely outstanding! Highly recommend!
