The team at pointer have really been exceptional with me above and beyond.they are down to earth they work with you with any all situations in an honest way.its not pay ya rent or your out situation.they will sit with you and work through any problems..I highly recommend renting through pointer if possible.real people helping renters.

Dylan Briggs was recommended to me via an online community group, and from start to finish I could not be happier with his service. My little house had been completely destroyed by the vacating tenant, and I had no idea how to proceed, but Dylan’s down-to earth approach (no smarmy sales talk!) and expertise in both the real estate and construction industries, made it significantly easier to deal with the issues one by one. Once the house was ready, he had inline and leased in a week, at a price I am definitely happy with. Prospective tenants were thoroughly vetted, and I was given all the information I needed to make the right decision. I have dealt with quite a few agents over the years as a landlord, a tenant, and working in finance. I can confidently say that Pointer Real Estate is hands down my number one recommendation.
