Context: I got a full body massage. 1. Male masseuse (name was Liu or Lui) didn't turn his head away when I was told to flip over. His head was over the towel masseuses normally hold up to give you privacy and allow you to flip. 2. During leg massage the guy went so high up on my leg he was straight up smacking his hand into my privates multiple times. Once is an accident multiple times is not. 3. Pulled on my underwear so aggressively that my whole cat was out until I readjusted it. It's normal to have your underwear adjusted, it's not normal for it to be adjusted in a way where it exposes you. 4. During decolletage massage his hand went so far down my chest that my hands needed to act as a barrier to not get groped 5. Left the room door open whilst I'm inside undressed when moving out of the room to wash hands and get towels. 6. Pressure was way too hard after constantly telling him to adjust, he did not adjust. I am icing my back to hopefully reduce bruising caused by this place. 7. Yes, I told him multiple times to ease on the pressure, stop doing certain things only for him to continue. This is the second time here. PINPOINTED exactly where my pain is on a chart they ask you to pinpoint your pain. I said last time he did not focus on it, I just want HERE on my upper back and clearly put where and whoch I wanted focussed on more. She even pit a square indicating just upper back. Although the massage technique was good he focussed everywhere but the major reason I came here for!!!. He was massaging my lower back, glutes everywhere but that specific point I circles so many times to emphasise that I am here for this pain!!. Never coming again

Just did a walk in massage today at around midday, 2nd time actually trying this massage. The lady I had today (unsure of the name) was so good she got rid of my the tightness was focusing on my knots in my legs and back. feel very loose and relaxed!! Thank you I’ll see you again soon hopefully :)
