My son Ethan was introduced by his school friends to Matrix early this year, and he finds it very useful since they teach one term ahead of school content, so he can get more prepared for school learning.

From a student perspective, there are many things that are wrong with matrix. I'm not trying to write this review as a troll or be mean, but dealing with Matrix has been extremely frustrating to the point where I've discussed with my parents to switch out of Matrix as I spend most of my learning time trying to access the digital resources, which are often inaccessible such as videos, links, only to get denied. Additionally, online answers for the Student workbooks on the LMS are often wrong as they don't match up with what students are currently learning. It seems Matrix made no changes or spent anytime reviewing whatsoever to what they are uploading, using the previous syllabus instead of the new one. The only good thing I have to say about Matrix is the Math Department which have the best teachers

Maths NOT recommended. I was sent weekly notifications that my child had failed the class quiz, even when he was absent. I also received notification that my child was absent, even though he was in class. The incorrect notifications caused stress and arguments, and my child ended up refusing classes and we lost $$$

My experience at Matrix Education has been truly rewarding and I have learned a great deal during my time there. The teachers were truly dedicated and supportive, providing a nurturing environment that allowed me to thrive academically. The resources and study materials were top-notch, and the personalized approach to learning helped me to excel in my studies. I am grateful for the knowledge and skills that I have gained at Matrix Education, and I am confident that they will serve me well in the future.

I have been going to Matrix since year 8. This is my fourth year at Matrix, and I have enjoyed the whole experience. My previous coaching college had paper workbooks that were bad quality and easy to misplace. From the high-quality theory and workbooks to the helpful teacher, I feel that my marks have improved greatly since coming to Matrix. Previously, I only used to get highs in my school English assignments. However, through Matrix, I have increased my marks to outstanding to full marks. I had an excellent English teacher who I had until year 10. Her positive vibes and helpful teachings made me stay for this long!
