I’ve now used Deepak Gaur three times, both as a buyer and a seller, and every experience has been exceptional. No matter which side of the sale I’ve been on, Deepak has always provided a thoughtful, professional and genuinely caring service. Most recently, he handled the sale of my home and his advice was invaluable. From the very beginning, he gave expert guidance on how to present the property and made incredible suggestions that helped me achieve the price I was hoping for. His knowledge of the market, attention to detail and strategic approach gave me so much confidence throughout the process. What really stands out is how well Deepak looks after his clients. He is kind, honest, highly professional and truly goes above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. 5 stars for the wonderful agent Monique Layoun in Blacktown who helped us purchase our first family home. We were very overwhelmed and had no experience in this and Monique lead us all the way with such professionalism yet a warm relationship throughout. It was Taryn for whom I am giving 5 star review for this real estate agency. Taryn was very helpful through out my journey of buying a property in Austral. She was very prompt in answering any queries I had, and was very cordial to deal with.

One of the worst real estate agencies I’ve ever dealt with. I wish there were a zero-star option. I am a neighbour of one of the properties under their management, and the tenants are extremely noisy, inconsiderate, and have effectively turned the place into a party house. I contacted the agency and even reached out to the managing agent, politely asking them to speak with the tenants. I specifically tried to avoid escalating the issue to the council or the police, as I didn’t want to cause unnecessary trouble for the property owner. Despite this, they didn’t even bother responding to my email — not even after a month. Their complete lack of action has now forced me to do exactly what I was trying to avoid. This agency clearly doesn’t care about the neighbours, the landlord, or even the quality of tenants they rent to. If you’re a landlord looking for a professional agency, think twice before choosing this one.
