The Italian lady at reception was so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I was seen quickly by a lovely doctor. Exceptional customer service like this is few and far between these days, and she truly made a fantastic impression. She was absolutely fabulous and deserves to be recognised for her outstanding care and professionalism.

A really great clinic. My kids love the kind receptionists and Dr Catherine. Always easy to book via phone or Hotdoc and appreciate the 100% bulk billing.

MedClinic Family Practice has one of the best doctor teams in the Northern Beaches, NSW. Dr. Sukhwinder Singh Randhawa, Dr. Kanwarjot Channi, Dr. Rashin Joodat, Dr. Wendy Su, Dr. Thomas Tran, and Dr. Bin (Michael) Azmir are all very professional, friendly, caring, and supportive doctors. My family and friends always come here whenever we have any health concerns or sickness. Dr. Sukhwinder Singh Randhawa and Dr. Kanwarjot Channi, along with the whole team, always take the necessary steps to properly diagnose and treat any illness. They listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and truly care about their patients. Their behaviour feels more like family members than just doctors, including the nurses and receptionists, who are also very kind and helpful. My wife ESHA, my children, and I really love and appreciate this clinic and the wonderful doctors here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for caring and trustworthy GPs in the Northern Beaches area.

Dr Jenis Catic has been exceptional in the care of my son. When other specialists were uncertain about my son's condition and we were finding it hard to get a correct diagnosis, Dr Catic went above and beyond to thoroughly investigate and get to the root of the issue. His clinical insight led to the right diagnosis and the start of appropriate treatment, which has significantly reduced my son’s distress and improved his condition. He is also outstanding in his follow-up, ensuring nothing is missed, and consistently takes the time to listen carefully. His kind, calm demeanour made a difficult situation much easier for both my son and our family. I’m incredibly grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend him.

Since I started seeing Dr Jenis Catic, I haven’t felt the need to see any other GP. He is truly exceptional—attentive, kind, respectful, and always willing to help. He takes his time with you, listens deeply, and makes you feel genuinely cared for, which is something rare and invaluable. He is a wonderful young doctor with an outstanding level of professionalism and warmth. I am truly grateful to have him as my GP. Since arriving in Australia, I wasn’t sure who to trust with my health, but from the very beginning, he listened to me and made me feel supported. He even translated some prescriptions into Spanish so I could fully understand them, which made a significant difference for me. The quality of care he provides is absolutely exceptional—his service, compassion, and dedication are unmatched.
