My experience with the pathology/blood collection staff was extremely concerning. During my appointment, my identification documents and bank card were photographed using personal iPhones rather than being scanned. I was then asked to pay over the phone while I was sitting in the chair, despite card payment machines being available. Throughout the process, multiple people appeared to be involved, and I was asked to read out my card details over the phone while other staff were using their own iPhones. The whole situation felt very unusual, but I didn't think any of it at the time. A week later the day before Christmas, my identity was used fraudulently and a charge of approximately $6,000 was made with Sixt car hire. I have never used this company before! I disputed the transaction multiple times before my bank eventually completed its investigation and returned my funds. I canβt say for certain where my personal information was compromised, but this appointment has remained a significant concern because it was the only time I have had my identification documents and payment information being photographed and handled in this way. Whether my information was compromised from the la

Iβd not recommend Dr Katherine Saffin at MedClinic. Other doctors are good, in particular Dr Lawrence who is excellent. Based on my personal experience, I had the impression that Katherine seemed to be sometimes making judgmental decisions based on my look and ethnic background, and does things without listening to me as the patient and my needs. She also sometimes did things that got me by surprise which I think might be because of what I said that might have tested her patience such as asking too many questions etc. I am not sure whether this is intentional or as a result of her rushing things, but I wasnβt impressed. I was hoping my first time consultation some time ago was just an odd one out but then after visiting her a few more times, thatβs the consistent experience Iβve had and on a couple of occasions I had to go through the inconvenience of going back to see another GP immediately after seeing Katherine in order to get the correct treatment / referral that suited my needs. If I have to see a GP next time and Katherine is the only available doctor, Iβd rather suffer from pain than going in to see her, and wait a while before another GP becomes available. Out of all G

Dr. Celina Rappaport is amazing. She handled my U.S. visa medical check up so professionally. Clear explanation, kind, efficient, and very thorough. Highly recommend.

Had an absolutely terrible experience with Dr. Katherine Saffin and wish I had read the reviews prior. When bringing up a sensitive and personal issue she had the nerve to question me on it, despite previous report shown from another Dr, was super condescending and judgemental. When she told me to go get a blood test, which would have been pointless as I hadnβt fasted, and I told her I had a phobia of needles, she pretty much told me I needed to man up and get over it. To top it off I had to wait an extra hour longer than I should have and there was no apology. Horrible woman and I am unsure how she still has a job there. Will not be returning.

This is the most genuine clinic Iβve been to in a long time. You donβt feel like youβre being rushed through but theyβre great at keeping to time. Dr Saffin shows true care and takes the time needed to ensure all your concerns are covered. The receptionists are all lovely and Iβve never had an issue getting answers or copies of my records in a timely manner. It is a bonus this is bulk-billed because if Iβm really sick I donβt feel like I have to fight through it to avoid a massive GP cost, especially with other cost of living at the moment
