Worst customer service experience I’ve had! One staff member in particular was extremely arrogant and dismissive throughout the interaction. He kept pressuring us to take cover plans even after we clearly said we weren’t interested. When we firmly said we’d think about it instead, his attitude changed immediately and he became visibly irritated. He then rushed us out, saying he didn’t want to waste time because there were customers waiting behind us. Ironically, we were only delayed because of him constantly pushing plans onto us in the first place. It felt like we were being treated as a nuisance simply because we didn’t give in to the pressure to change our plans. This was a middle-aged male staff member of Asian background. Very unprofessional and arrogant behaviour. Also, I hope this branch doesn’t respond with the same generic “your feedback matters to us” reply they’ve given other customers. If customer feedback truly mattered, this ongoing behaviour would have already been addressed.

The male staff member at this branch is an absolute joke. He was arrogant, dismissive, rude and made me feel completely unwelcome. Thanks to his appalling attitude, I have zero good feelings left for this brand and I am already looking to switch to another insurer. Seriously, if you ever decide to fire him, let me know. I’ll pop a bottle of champagne to celebrate and might actually reconsider Medibank then. But until that happens, I’m out.

Absolutely disgraceful experience at the Medibank Parramatta branch. One of the male staff members was shockingly rude, arrogant, and completely disrespectful. The way he spoke to me was unacceptable — no empathy, no professionalism, just pure attitude. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in a customer service setting. It honestly felt like he thought he was doing me a favour just by talking to me. This behaviour is a serious reflection on the management and training at this branch. If Medibank values its customers at all, this staff member should be held accountable immediately. No one should walk out of a Medibank branch feeling insulted and disrespected like I did today.

now visited the Paramatta MediBank branch twice and, unfortunately, had two unprofessional experiences with Roger, the assistant manager. Despite speaking politely, we were met with rudeness and even threats to call security when we asked to speak to a manager. Roger stated the manager never comes in, leaving us no avenue to address the issue. Another customer overheard and shared a similar experience with Roger. Thankfully, a staff member named Tai stepped in, and she was professional and clearly embarrassed by his behavior. Due to this repeated disrespect, we’ve chosen not to return. I strongly urge head office to address this matter—proper training is essential, or more customers will leave.
