Had such a amazing experience at the clinic! Kassandra, the Oral Health Therapist, was extremely friendly and made me feel really comfortable throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and was gentle thorought the whole process, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had.

Unfortunately I had a really frustrating experience with this clinic. It’s a shame because I actually liked the clinic itself and had positive experiences with the dentists, but the front desk communication was extremely disappointing. Some of the reception staff seemed very disorganised and unprofessional on the phone, with no sense of urgency despite multiple follow-ups from me. There was a lot of umming and ahhing, confusion, and conflicting information each time I called. I was told on the phone that my x-rays had been sent to my email while I was speaking to staff, but they never actually arrived. I also waited for callbacks on three separate occasions and never heard back, despite being told someone would contact me. Each time I called again, nobody seemed to know what was going on or what had previously been discussed. It made what should have been a simple process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating, especially when I was trying to organise further treatment elsewhere. Communication and organisation really need significant improvement

I cannot recommend Meili Dental Care highly enough. My family and I have been seeing Lena for our regular checkups every few months, and every single visit has been an absolutely positive experience from start to finish. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease the moment you walk in. But what really sets Meili Dental Care apart is Lena herself. She is incredibly professional, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring you understand your dental health every step of the way. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows in the quality of care she provides. Dr Lena is an exceptional dentist. She’s taken wonderful care of my teeth, making them beautifully white and straight, and was equally incredible when my son needed emergency dental treatment after a bike accident. She is warm, empathetic and highly knowledgeable, and as a mum herself she truly understands how important children’s dental care is. I couldn’t recommend Dr Lena more highly.

I started seeing Dr Sabiha in October 2025 and continued treatment over several months due to a number of dental issues. I hadn’t visited a dentist in many years, so I was quite nervous going in. From the very first appointment, Dr Sabiha made me feel comfortable and at ease. She carefully addressed all my dental needs, including cavities, fillings, a root canal and perfectly fitted crowns. Everything was explained clearly and the treatment was carried out with great care and professionalism. Her calm manner and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience genuinely positive. Thanks Dr Sabiha! I’m truly grateful for her excellent service and would highly recommend her to anyone, especially those who may feel anxious about seeing a dentist.
