I had a complicated dental issue. Dr. Yin did an incredible job treating it. She explained everything clearly in a friendly manner, which helped me feel relaxed and much less anxious throughout the process. Her professionalism, skill and care was outstanding. Dr. Yin and the team were fantastic from start to finish, providing excellent support and making the entire experience as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking high quality dental treatment.

I feel like the front receptionist is quite inappropriate. Every time I go she always checks my private heath card and asks me to upgrade to a better plan so that they can claim more funds. Previously I was able to go twice a year, this time I went once and she claimed all of my funding already… and told me that I won’t have enough to come again in 6 months unless I upgrade to more expensive plan or pay out of pocket. Plus each time I always end up paying a bit out of pocket anyway. They also never ask me first whether I want the xray or photos before they add it to my bill. Last time I went for a cleaning then at the end the dentist applied a fluoride treatment, then instantly told me to rinse it off to check a potential cavity and then after never reapplied the fluoride but I still got charged for it …….

I recently visited U Smile Dental in Hurstville for a teeth cleaning and wisdom tooth extraction, and I had a very positive experience. Dr. Dillon was highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, which made the entire procedure much more comfortable. I’d also like to commend Yan Yan at the front desk for providing exceptional customer service—welcoming, helpful, and efficient from start to finish. The clinic is well-organised, the care was thorough, and the pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend U Smile Dental to anyone looking for quality and affordable dental care.

I had a truly wonderful experience with this dental team — honestly the best ever! I had my wisdom tooth removed yesterday by Dr. Dillon Yu, who was extremely professional, skilful, caring, and patient. The whole process was almost painless — even 20 hours afterward, I still felt comfortable with no swelling or discomfort. The nurse was incredibly kind and caring, holding my hand throughout the procedure to help ease my stress — such a thoughtful gesture that made all the difference. During my dental examination weeks before, Dr. Yu Yin was also very professional, patient, and caring. She took the time to explain every X-ray image in detail and performed the teeth cleaning very gently, making the whole experience stress-free. The receptionist/admin lady was super nice, very knowledgeable about all the services, and went through the quotes clearly and thoroughly. Highly recommend!
