We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Meriton Suites Hotel on George Street, Parramatta! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the exceptional level of customer service provided by Declan, Baedon, and Belinda. Declan was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to ensure our check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Baedon’s professionalism and friendly demeanor made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. Belinda’s attentive care and genuine hospitality added a special touch to our experience, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is stunning, modern, and impeccably maintained, with spacious suites that offer all the comforts of home. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Parramatta, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, our experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding team at Meriton Suites. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Parramatta and look forward to returning soon!

The hotel is conveniently located, around 10 minute walk away from the train and bus station, Westfield mall, and CBD area, 5 minute from the ferry station where you can hop on for a scenic ride to Circular Quay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room has nearly everything you would need for a comfortable stay: kitchen, washing and clothes drying machines, coffee making, toaster, etc. It boasted 2 large screen smart TVs, one in the living room and the other in the bed room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back when we have a chance.

Stayed here for 6 nights and the staff were excellent, particularly Robin, who went above and beyond to address an issue with our shower (tack så mycket). The rooms are very well equipped, well insulated, the beds are extremely comfy and the views are impressive. The two pools and sauna are a very nice touch - the outdoor pool is perfect for lap swimming. The gym has good machines but no free weights, which is a bit of a shame. I'd definitely return. Thanks very much again to all the staff for a lovely, relaxing stay.
