Real good service, easy to get in to and out of. Good parking and location. Our room was very spacious and very clean. Only thing the spa was ridiculously hot. It was not comfortable. Gym was good. Overall it was a good 4 days.

Amazing customer service, Juliana is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always welcoming with a smile. All the ladies at the front desk are wonderful and always greet us so warmly, even when we’re just walking past. The suites are beautiful, clean, and comfortable too. Their genuine hospitality is what keeps us coming back.

Stayed here in Jan. Lobby was nice and all seemed fine until we got to our room. Room was filthy! There was stains on the carpet and couches, sticky spills on the coffee table that had been wiped, the bathroom had spots of mould and the area outside the bathroom spelt mouldy Broken/Damaged things everywhere you looked. I did not feel confident the room had been cleaned properly, if at all. Aircon also did not work at all and our suite was hot and uncomfortable. Called reception who sent someone up to check. They pressed a few buttons(which I had already tried) and then said they could bring a fan. They then bought up a broken pedestal fan which was missing part of the safety guard around the blades. They also could offer only one fan and we had two bedrooms meaning one room was still hot and uncomfortable making it difficult to sleep. Wouldn’t recommend

I recently stayed at SKYE Suites Parramatta and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The suites are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a luxurious yet comfortable feel. The fully equipped kitchenette and in-room laundry facilities were incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless and well maintained. The hotel facilities are impressive — the pool and gym are high quality and well kept, adding to the overall premium experience. The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of Parramatta and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and public transport. What really stood out was the service. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the stay feel seamless and welcoming. Overall, SKYE Suites Parramatta delivers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and convenience. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure stays and would definitely return.
