Amazing store with amazing products but customer service needs work. The young lady who was at the checkout counter last night 11/07/2026 needs training. We've sorted everything out into category of products i.e. frozen foods away from dry foods. She has no organisation skills, chucked everything into one bag then when my mum asked her to please put frozen items into one bag she was not happy and proceeded to throw the products into bags. You're paid to work there not chat and joke with co-workers, especially at the counter. Management needs to look into this.

I buy food in here. It was very mold. The expiration date was still left. But it was full of mold. I didn’t see the mold and ate a bite. Iβ€˜m worried that it will sick a lot. I also called them five times to let them know this fact, but no one answered.

Located in β€˜Regent Place’ on George street, SYD. Accessible only by escalator/lift as it is below street level. Great little supermarket for the favourites you miss in Asia. Love coming here to get my fix of goodies I love in Japan. They also sell those yummy chewy dubai cookies (from an external small business). Yes the prices can be up there but thats expected with imported goods. Great variety from Japan, Korean and others as well. This is a regular spot for me now. Definitely recommend.

I visited this place and was really impressed by the variety of items available! For an Asian mart, it had an amazing selection from Japan, Korea, China, and Southeast Asia. Everything was well-organised, and the prices were quite reasonable too. I picked up a few interesting snacks and drinks, and they were all delicious. A great spot to explore and stock up on unique goodies!

If you are looking for Japanese and Korean food items, this is a good place to shop. They've got your favourite snacks, drinks, cooking ingredients, microwavable meals, sauces and even a few cookwares. The place is clean and they stack up regularly. There are no empty shelves.
