Miss bakers commented that I have never stayed with them when I left a review without text (prompting me to write them a more deserved and detailed review) - but I have stayed with them over the span of months (many weeks at a time) in many years on many visits under my name Zachary S. (Taylor is my middle name) They had to refund me almost 2,000 euros for their incompetence and issues, which I will also show receipt for receiving that refund and documentation of issues and unprofessional communication from the owner Richard. I have the messages to show for it and will upload the receipts with a proper review soon. Please read other reviews about the owner here and on booking platforms, his angry and rude behavior is consistent over many years towards various guests. I’ve been in no rush to leave a review as I’ve monitored others leaving similar reviews since my stay about their equal bad experiences and encounters with the angry owner. Amazing location, super clean, process is so easy and straightforward. Dishwashing pods provided, huge space, even is their lowest category room. All modern, both bath tub and separate showers, as well and a lot of storage and washing machine/dryer. Yes they do a CC and id check online but honestly as expected with any hotel, felt very safe and trustworthy. I will be coming back, highly recommend!

I love this hotel so much. It is smart, practical, and simple. The room is spacious, and the natural light and interior lighting are beautiful. The location is incredible. Even though it’s in the center of everything, it is very quiet. In terms of value for money (price/performance), it is fantastic. I am very grateful to those who built and manage this place. Great location and room was clean but I found a cockroach 🪳 room cleaning is $100 which is completely outrageous,every extra little service requires extra cost,digital key is only available for one person,AC turns off by itself probably to save electricity bill? How much they wanna rip customers off as well as save money is literally mind boggling

I recently called the hotel to provide feedback about the reservation system, specifically my concerns about being required to upload passport IDs for all guests as well as a photo of my credit card to a website, rather than having the option to provide these at the reservation desk upon check in like every other hotel I have been to. These are sensitive documents, and I wanted to understand why this information was necessary and whether there were any alternative options. Unfortunately, the man I spoke with was dismissive from the start. Rather than listening to my concerns, he talked over me and offered no explanation or solution beyond telling me I could cancel my booking. His tone and attitude made it clear he wasn’t interested in helping or even acknowledging the issue. I found the interaction rude, unprofessional, and completely out of line with the level of service I expected, especially after reading all the positive reviews online. This experience has left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, and it reflects poorly on the hotel’s approach to customer care.
