For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, is it busy at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. Australian cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon, while restaurants and pubs run lunch and dinner services with a quiet spell in between, so an off-peak visit is worth a quick call. Card and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere; some venues add a surcharge on weekends and public holidays.

Opening hours are published for 1 day a week. Typical hours are 11 am–11 pm. Hours in Australia do change around public holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is 0401 755 588. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a mobile. Its website is au.mollytea.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Customers rate it 4.4 out of 5 on Google across 156 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded bubble tea & juice bars in Sydney.

Sydney is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Getting around Sydney is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy centres, and most suburban shops have their own car park. Public transport and ride-share apps such as Uber and DiDi operate across New South Wales's larger cities.

I’ve always been a fan of Molly Tea, so I was excited to visit their newly opened store at Regent Place. The shop itself is beautiful — very clean, spacious and well designed, with plenty of room even when there’s a queue. I visited to try their new Thai Milk Tea Series and was pleasantly surprised by how balanced the drinks were. Unlike traditional Thai milk teas which can sometimes be quite sweet, these were much lighter and easier to drink. The salted cheese foam paired really well with the tea and added a nice savoury element without overpowering the flavour. I also ordered the Premium Jasmine Milk Tea and White Champaca Oolong Milk Tea, which reminded me why I enjoy Molly Tea so much. The tea flavours are always fragrant and come through clearly rather than being masked by sugar. The staff were friendly, service was efficient, and the overall experience was great. Definitely worth visiting if you’re a tea lover or looking to try something a little different from the usual bubble tea options. Amazing how tasty the teas are but expensive!! 7.50-8$ is very steep but the flavour of Gardenia Oolong Milk Tea will is forever etched in my taste buds! Will I go there again to try other teas? Maybe, Maybe not. Considering it is a steep price to pay. Busy place, so many quick working staff! You can customise the amount of sugar added! It is a very cool trend

When they opened at Town Hall, they would provide bonus if they got 5 star review. Oopps buying votes??? Lol Tried matcha white champaca salted cheese and snowy jasmine milk tea. I give summary from 2 previous reviews. It is more on pricey side but it is not worth it. Not so goooood for your money. I dont understand why people waiting too long for this hype. Too much hype. I am not saying their tea is bad but they are taste good but the price is not really friendly. When I saw my number is ready to pickup and i told the girls and they are confused. Cmon if it is not ready, dont put it in there. Molly tea, we are asian and no need to give me freaking fork for snowy milk tea. Dont you have a spoon instead a fork ????!!!!????

Snowy gardenia: floral tea but the scent is comfy. I put 50% sugar so it’s sweet but not that aggressive. Matcha white tea salted cheese: the combination of creamy, salted and sweet. Interesting is the cream is at the bottom.
