Avoid the Ukdiche Modak. This was not an authentic modak at all. The filling was supposed to be the classic coconut-jaggery mixture, but instead it tasted like plain shira. Since they were serving shira as the weekend special, it honestly felt like they stuffed the modak with that instead. Very misleading and disappointing. If you can’t make a proper modak, don’t call it Ukdiche Modak. Not recommended. Update after the owner’s response: Thank you for proving my point. ⚠️ DO NOT INSULT YOUR CUSTOMERS. ⚠️ If you cannot tell the difference between honest customer feedback and something “misleading,” perhaps you should not be responding to reviews. We came here for a team lunch after it was recommended by a friend and we had such a great time. It was really fun getting to try a variety of Mumbai style street food. The staff were very friendly and the service was impressively fast, and we didn’t have to wait long for our food at all. Everything came out fresh, full of flavor, and had that perfect spicy kick.

Mumbai cha vada paav has exactly the same taste. Loved it.. Thanks for bringing back ky childhood memories. All the best with lots of love - Vinaya
