I’ve been going to MVMT classes consistently for almost two years now, which is amazing in itself! I’ve never been this consistent with a workout studio or gym, ever! MVMT Studio offers variety (Pilates, strength, kettlebells and core, mobility, and even classes for new mums, dads and their bubs), structured evidence-based training and a fantastic, inclusive community. Thanks to Chels, Tily and the team, I’m far stronger and more mobile in my thirties than I ever was in my twenties! Can’t recommend MVMT Studio enough! 💛

MVMT studio is one of the best, most holistic gym’s/spaces I have ever been too. Great culture, great philosophy and even better instructors. I have been going for over a year now and my progress in strength building, mobility and stability are light years ahead of where they were when I first started. The classes that are offered are varied and are incredibly well structured with intensity layers that mean that at any level you will get what you came for and have a great time!! Very highly recommend doing a trial!!

The classes are great and the supervision is even better. They constantly adjust you so that you're getting the exercises right. Class sizes are good, and another great thing is that they do not use disposable wipes for mat-cleaning after class, but good old reusable microfibre clothes with spray and wipe. I wish all the studios would do that to save the environment. Thank you MVMT!

MVMT is a fantastic small studio in the centre of Manly. I’ve been doing classes 3-4 times a week (strengths, pilates, mobility) since the studio opened (around 18 months ago). The classes are run by very knowledgeable physios/instructors and it’s been a game changer for me – there are so many interesting ‘functional’ exercises which have enhanced my movement and ability to continue other sports. The old niggling injuries have gradually disappeared and I’m feeling young again ! The classes are challenging but are also fun, which helps with the motivation. Thx so much Chelsea and the team !

Love the mums and bubs classes here. Chelsea and Tilly are very encouraging whilst also helping correct your form as needed. They help scale the exercises so they are right for each person and also provide great entertainment for babies in the class if required!
