Thorough diagnosis with all initial annd follow up appointments using the full allocated time. Doctor is easy to talk to. (Dr Hook) I thought the pricing was fair compared to other clinics. Small Medicare rebate on all appointments.

I'm really greatful for the support I have recieved and the medications chosen for me. Eileen has been really amazing and I would recommend her to others. I'm giving four stars as it is quite expensive. It's a premium service compared to the new offer of GPs. It's also quite a long wait for appointments. If I wanted to suddenly make changes to my dose, I feel I would have difficulties. There is no option for quick questions with the Doctors passed through the reception or email, even at an added cost. I do appreciate the email reminders to book early etc.

The ADHD diagnosis process was really easy and comfortable. I felt listened to and was given plenty of time to discuss all of my concerns, while still being gently guided back on track whenever I went off on a tangent. After receiving my diagnosis, I felt an overwhelming sense of relief — like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Overall, it was a very positive and validating experience. Yes it is quite expensive, but so worthwhile!! Dr Hook is absolutely amazing and really sweet. Excellent service and I highly recommend them. Thank you so much Dr Hook and My ADHD Centre Bondi 🙏🏼💜

Like the other comments here: Grateful for the diagnosis and staff can be friendly but the meetings afterwards are so extremely rushed and extremely expensive.. $400+ for a session where they rush you out the door, not giving you time to speak your peace or opinions (I've had to cut in during them talking) is wild.. EVERY LITTLE DETAIL HAS A PRICE TO THEM. $60 + card surcharge (I used a debit card, not a credit card) just to send my normal GP digital files through an email is crazy as well. Growing up, I've seen my mother pay that much for file transfer but that was before emails so it was literal physical labor.. If you already have a diagnosis, do yourself a favor and talk to your GP about seeing if they can look after you from here on out as things have changed and you will save LOTS.

Very efficient and careful approach to treatment. Dr Faizal is great and listened to my concerns, offering different routes to treatment, based on my observations. The reception team are lovely , and the reminder emails are definitely a great help-especially for people with ADHD. I see people mentioning long waits for appointments and high prices, but that’s a very standard practice when it comes to seeing a specialist.You’re paying for the time of an expert who spent years learning (that’s why our parents tell us to be doctors or lawyers ) . In my experience, the price was high for the initial diagnosis, then went down drastically for the check-ups-with Medicare assistance too. The price is disclosed , before each appointment, so I don’t understand the issue. Very grateful for the video consults option because It’s so much more efficient and convenient. Also, ADHD is complex and takes time to find the right medication type and dosage -so that might be an unfair judgement from some people in the reviews. A complete money grab. I was happy with my diagnosis in February but have been consistently disappointed in the high costs and unnecessary appointments where I am rushed in and out even though I’m paying a premium for a full hour or half hour consultation. I’ve had to adjust my dosage a few times and this has led to even more costly appointments that not only cost over $400, but require a 50% deposit at time of booking. After a lot of trial and error, I’ve landed on 40mg of Vyvanse which is way too strong and with another month left on my existing prescription I’ve just asked the last month be reduced to 30mg, apparently that also requires an appointment even though it’s a reduction. There’s absolutely no duty of care at this place. It’s just a prescribe and charge type of clinic.

Good experience, reasonably priced (well, perhaps more priced on par with all other clinics in the same space, and a bit cheaper than some - it is crazy expensive to get diagnosed in Aus!). Initial appointment in 5 months rather than the 12 months quoted by the other 2 places I approached. Diagnosis so validating, follow up good, quick responses to issues I had with meds. Receptionists friendly, efficient. I’m partly writing this review because I’m recommending this practice to someone and whilst grabbing their web address I thought I’d read the reviews. The one star reviews are so alien to my experience that they often seem to be written for some other practice. I get that not everyone will have a positive experience and not all patient/professional relationships mesh but money grab, rude, incompetent… they’re cheaper than some, the same as some, more expensive than a psychologist ( but they can’t prescribe meds). Even my GP requires an upfront payment these days. And after my next appointment my repeats will be handed over to my GP - I did not request this (didn’t even know it was possible), but I must admit it will be a relief.
