I cannot speak highly enough of the team at the Anxiety Clinic. From my very first enquiry through to being matched with a psychologist, I felt genuinely listened to and supported every step of the way. A special mention has to go to Helen on reception, who is an absolute star. She is kind, attentive and incredibly caring, and no question is ever too much trouble. She has a wonderful way of making you feel welcome and at ease, which makes such a difference when you're reaching out for support. Finding the right psychologist can be incredibly difficult, and I know from experience that it often takes time. I've seen psychologists at different clinics over the years, so I understand how discouraging it can be when the fit isn't right. The psychologist I was matched with through the Anxiety Clinic has been exactly the right fit for me, and I genuinely couldn't be more grateful. Having experienced both positive and negative mental health services, I know how much the quality of care matters. The professionalism, compassion and genuine commitment shown by everyone at the Anxiety Clinic have made a real difference to my life. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for

It is rare to find a practice where every clinician and staff member is so dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for the families they support. The Anxiety Clinic truly sets the standard for person-centred psychological care. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was always skeptical of psychologists and psychiatrists but I thought I’d give it a go. This clinic confirmed and exceeded my doubts. I genuinely came out from my appointment feeling worse than when I walked in. Psychologist cut me off mid sentence with a rather aggressive “goodbye” just because we went 2 minutes over time and rushed me out of the door with the fakest smile I have ever seen. These people just see you as a dollar sign and could not care less about you and your problems. The 1 star is only for the receptionist who was very kind. I cannot stress this enough, save your money and do not go to this clinic.

I reached out to The Anxiety Clinic late last night, after receiving ND diagnosis for a family member. By 8am the next morning I had a message from Helen, the practise manager. I called her and she gave me wonderful advice, time and support. Thank you x

As a local fitness expert promoting the importance of exercise for improving mental health, it is an absolute pleasure to partner with The Anxiety Clinic. I found the clinic space to be very relaxing and welcoming which is so important for making people feel at ease and the staff offer first class, friendly, highly personalised expert support and service. They have many valuable resources to offer clients such as the book ‘The Mind Strength Method’ by principle psychologist and clinic founder Dr Jodie Lowinger. If you are looking for services to support and improve mental health struggles, this clinic offers a holistic and science based approach to deliver proven therapeutic methods and support. Dr Lowinger and the team are wonderful, caring, professional and so caring and gentle in their approach. We are currently working with Angela Curtis and she's an absolute gem! I would highly recommend the practice to anyone.
