Long time Newtown local, went for the first time today because I donβt have Microsoft apps on my computer (the programs are hundreds of dollars to buy, and I only needed them for a specific project!). The library is a beautiful space, open air, AC, surrounded by books, quiet, and respectful people! Used the computers (for free) that I needed, they had plenty so multiple were open. BEST part: today at the front they put on a free beading station! They welcomed everyone!!! So you could take a break from working (as I did), do some crafts (which letβs be honest, working adults hardly get to do), and end up with an awesome self made project !! All organised and put on by people who are super happy for you to be there and want you to interact or do Something non-stressful. 10/10 great workspace, great space to be i, and 12/10 librarians who really make an effort for community! Def will be visiting to support more!
