Wouldn't hesitate to give 5 star rating. One of the smoothest experience dealing with travel agents. I ordered two JR Passes and it was a super fast process, about 15 mins after payment there was an email confirming it's ready for collection. The gentleman that I met in the office provided useful info about travelling to Japan. Appreciate their effort and will recommend to anyone wanting to buy JR Pass

Friendly efficient service. Good communication and advice from staff. Has a proper office to pick up JR pass and other travel information. Price does not fluctuate like on Klook. Great for last minute order as you can rock up and get your exchange order straight away (still recommend to order in advance)

I purchased a JR PASS online late night and requested pick up from the Market St office. Was able to call the next morning to confirm pick up was possible. Staff was very helpful and experienced and gave great travel tips. They seemed genuinely interested and excited for me to travel to Japan.

I applied for JR pass through this agency last minute before my flight. They are very quick with arranging the JR pass and they allow you to pick up the pass so it will be quicker. They are also very polite and respectful. I really recommend this agency for Japan travellers.
