Thank you so much to lovely Dr Ann and the team at NRVH. This is a wonderful practice with a family- feel and it’s very easy to see that patient care is at the heart of this practice. The team provide exceptional care for your pets and are warm, friendly and personal in their approach. Would recommend to anyone who needs a vet in the Eastern suburbs. Rosie, James & Daisy

I cannot thank the team at North Randwick Veterinary Hospital enough for everything they have done for Chico over the years. From his TPLO surgery to his recent IVDD diagnosis and spinal surgery, the care, expertise and compassion shown by every member of the team has been exceptional. When Chico was diagnosed with IVDD, I was terrified. The support, communication and kindness I received during such a stressful time meant more than I can put into words. The vets and nurses not only provided outstanding medical care, but also took the time to answer my endless questions and reassure me when I needed it most. Chico’s recovery has been a long journey, and I will always be grateful for the role North Randwick played in giving him the best possible chance. They genuinely care about their patients and the people who love them, and that shines through in everything they do. Thank you for looking after my little boy through some of the most difficult moments of his life. We will never forget everything you have done for us. ❤️🐾

I cannot recommend North Randwick Veterinary highly enough. The team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout our experience. We recently had to make the incredibly difficult decision to put our beloved Maine Coon to sleep. Even in such a sad and emotional moment, the staff were empathetic, patient, and supportive, helping us through the process with genuine care and understanding. Their professionalism and kindness made an unimaginably painful experience much more bearable, and I am deeply appreciative of the way they treated both our pet and our family. Thank you to the entire team for your compassion and exceptional care — it truly makes all the difference.

I won’t take my dog anywhere else. He can be a little nervous on visits and every staff member that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting has been so kind and patient. I genuinely come away feeling so relieved and as if he’s had the best care. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

My dog needed a vet visit as soon as possible and I called North Randwick Veterinary Hospital as it was the closest to us as our usual vet didn’t have any availability, and I have absolutely no regrets. Ciara was so warm and gentle with my dog and was so understanding of my dogs temperament in her treatment/diagnosis and didn’t push my dog into anything that may make her react or not be comfortable. Honestly such a refreshing visit to the vet. And bonus as my dog seemed super comfortable in the environment which is so uncommon!
