As close as family, for all the right reasons. EVERYONE at the practice, from Dr.John and Dr. Andrew to the vet nurses, groomers and reception crew are incredible. Knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate, empathetic, congenial, loving and genuine. We’ve been with, particularly, Dr. Adam and Dr. Eleanor as Greg and Ru’s vets since Greg was 2… and now, after moving South Coast- we still make regular visits up to Randwick. 2+ hours is well worth the attention, diligence, quality care, patience and love that we get. I couldn’t recommend or appreciate this team more, especially as Greg is a bit more senior these days. 10 out of 5 stars!

I can’t thank the team at VetMed Randwick enough for looking after my two dogs, Chico and Molly ：）A big thank you to Dr. Debbie, Dr. Adam and Dr. Matthew. Dr. Debbie and Dr. Adam were amazing during a really scary emergency and played a key role in saving Chico’s life. While Chico was in hospital, they called twice a day with updates on how he was going and the treatment plan. They were professional, kind and really supportive, which made a very stressful time a lot easier for us. Dr. Matthew was also excellent! He took the time to try a few different approaches to suit Molly, who is picky and sensitive. He checked her condition carefully and gave us safe, practical options. He also followed up after Molly came home and gave us advice on Molly’s ongoing care, which we really appreciated. Everyone we dealt with was lovely and clearly cared about the animals. We’re really grateful for everything they did for Chico and Molly. I’d definitely recommend VetMed Randwick to any pet owner.

We’ve been coming to the Randwick Vet Med for six years with our cocker spaniel Maya. We keep coming back because the standard of service is always excellent and the staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. We trust the decisions they are now making for our older Maya. We highly recommend this practice

Friendly, professional and caring staff. Always a great experience from start to finish - so many little things show they care about your and your pets experience (like calling a few days/ weeks down the track just to check how they're going post consultations).

After having a really bad experience at a different vet, I was recommended Vetmed Randwick. The experience was unreal from the beginning, the booking system is easy, reception staff is lovely and got in touch with me to confirm things before my puppy’s appointment. The experience with Dr. Edwina was really good, she was very sweet and gentle with my puppy, did some tests and reassured me about her condition. Result? Puppy came back home with the right food and medication and is already feeling better the next day. Thank you so much to all staff, it’s really great to see how much you guys love the animals and how well you treat them!
