Years ago I had such poor service delivery from Lillian Le and Jane Randall.. You in Mind Program was a joke. Workers do nothing but stress you out with little qualifications or questionable how they even go the job… terrible!

I wasted nearly 2 years with this program. They claim themselves specialised in NDIS application. My social worker from one door claimed that he would gather all the documentation that are needed for the application. He took 1 year and after one year when it was time to apply, he just had one page support letter that he wrote himself. and asked me to get my past medical history from GP. It was like I was applying it myself and he was not even there. Every time I would call him, his phone would go into answering machine. And at the end the application got rejected. BETTER APPLY FOR NDIS YOURSELF,

Won’t to charge me for ndis support because I wasn’t happy with the cordanatior the wonted to give me $100 travelling time plus pay for meeting time is this allowed under the ndis????

Waste of time going here!!!!rang the bell in office no answer hurd people in back walked down hallway some stuck up lady said she didn't hear the bell then was introduced to other lady that just kept staring at me like she had no idea went in the office talking to this lady was the most nerve wracking thing she made me feel so uncomfortable I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I can and they are ment to help you with mental health just a joke they are

Quite possibly the worst social workers I've ever used, who care the least about what they do. My social worker refused to answer emails and then removed me from the service against my will claiming non-participation. Since then I have spent over half a year attempting to get One Door to assign me another social worker for them to simply ignore all communication. If you need the NDIS use any other alternative to get on it because these people do not help and do not care.

i dont know what happened to review i already had here but basically all my reviews revolve around canaccord genuity and the even worser mental health i developed from the experience there where my mothers estate and my life savings of 40 yrs were gone.ive tried for years to get help from this outfit i was a member of but it seems ounce you become a financial victim you arent covered by these types of places anymore they should warn you of such rather then promising they there to help whatever eventuates
