I was given a braclet for my birthday recently and was far to big . Went into the store and Karen was by far very helpful . Great customer service is hard to come by these days , so I will be back and Im sure my family will be as well .

I had a really lovely experience here with Claire, I needed help locating a transaction for a product that I had lost the receipt for and needed repaired. Claire went above and beyond looking through 3 different accounts, as the item was a present and my mother and sister (who were with me at the time) were unsure whose account it was purchased through. Despite the inconvenience Claire was extremely polite and friendly the entire time. She is truly an asset to the Blacktown store. Thank you again Claire for all your help!

Poor customer service and very disappointing experience. I purchased a bracelet for $129 and returned a few days later to exchange it for a different size. During the exchange, they issued a new receipt showing the bracelet as $90 without informing me. Fortunately, I noticed the discrepancy and questioned it. I explained to them to reissue the receipt for original price $129 which I paid or give me a refund of the full amount $129 that I had originally paid, or refund me the $39 difference and let me keep the bracelet at the $90 price shown on the receipt. Instead, I was told they could only refund $90 and would need to speak to someone else, requiring me to come back later. I found this situation misleading and unprofessional. Customers should be informed of any changes to pricing or receipts, especially during an exchange. The staff should be aware how to handle such situations smoothly without disappointing the customers. I was so disappointed by the staff at Blacktown store and would never go back there again. Even though I feel like the current bracelet lock is a bit loose, still I do not want to face these kind of rude staff for exchange again. This was my very first and l

i went into pandora blacktown and was served by Eliza and she was just wonderful. i knew what i wanted when i walked in but she helped me with my ring engraving and i accidentally picked the wrong birth sign. we had to go back and restart it but she was so patient and helped me pick the right one. she was amazing. we had such a lovely conversation too. eliza is just a genuinely lovely lady, highly recommend going in and seeing her! 😊

Shoutout to Eliza, she has been absolutely amazing! She was so welcoming and friendly, had a positive attitude, and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. She was incredibly patient with us, and honestly, I’d come back more often because of her.
