Emily at the Chatswood store delivered the most appalling and disrespectful service. Her behaviour was rude, dismissive and completely disgraceful. It was the most hostile and unprofessional retail experience I have ever encountered. With such an attitude, she should not be in a customer-facing role. I visited Pandora to buy a birthday gift for my daughter, but instead of receiving even basic courtesy, I was treated with rudeness, harsh language and a complete lack of professionalism. Emily wasted my time and then refused to serve me. Throughout the interaction, there was no acknowledgement of the situation, no apology and absolutely no empathy. I genuinely cannot understand why Pandora would place someone with this attitude in a customer-facing role. Customers visit your stores should be treated with respect. This experience completely overshadowed what should have been a happy purchase for my daughter’s birthday. I sincerely hope Pandora management investigates this incident and provides the coaching or accountability needed to ensure that no other customer is treated this way.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, easily the best service I’ve experienced compared to other Pandora stores. The manager is fantastic, and a special shoutout to Petra, who was so patient and kind throughout. Such a great experience from start to finish.

Was going in for a quick look because I had some time to kill. I was promptly greeted by a young woman named Petra who asked me what I was interested in. She guided me through the prices and styles for rings, bracelets and charms and was extremely patient and interested which I really appreciate. Came in expecting nothing, walked out with my brand new Pandora bracelet!! Such a pleasant experience

Isabella went above and beyond with her customer service, helping me pick the perfect charm clasp, a beautiful silver, diamond-style piece with a soft pink tone. She was also incredibly helpful with my friends, assisting with a wedding anniversary gift and another personal present. The atmosphere was joyful, welcoming, and professional throughout. Isabella was patient, kind, and attentive, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you, Isabella, for such wonderful service! ☺️✨

I went to Pandora earlier to have my jewelry replaced since the size my boyfriend got me was a little too small. I only waited about 10 minutes because Emily was assisting two high school girls and a couple. She helped them with such a warm smile, and you could really feel how accommodating she was. When it was my turn, everything went so smoothly, she was absolutely lovely. At first, the 18cm tennis bracelet showed as out of stock when she checked the drawer where all the 18cm bracelets were kept, but Emily went the extra mile and checked another drawer just to be sure. She actually found one, and I was so happy! Emily was so kind and even thanked me for waiting.
