Absolutely terrible customer service at Jeep Parramatta. I’ve been calling for two weeks and still haven’t received a call back after leaving multiple messages. The AI receptionist is the worst system I’ve ever dealt with — it keeps transferring the call and then disconnects because no one answers. Completely unacceptable. Please fix your customer service and replace that AI receptionist. Worst experience ever.

Last year in September, I visited Jeep Parramatta, and that’s when I met Abdul — hands down the best salesperson I’ve ever come across! I’ve dealt with many salespeople over the years, but no one even comes close to the professionalism, honesty, and genuine passion Abdul has for his customers. When I first walked in, he was the only one available and clearly busy, yet he still took the time to offer me a test drive of the brand-new Jeep Wrangler 2024. My brother and I went for the drive, and when we returned, Abdul patiently explained every single detail about the car — no rush, no pressure, just genuine care and clarity. I told him I’d be checking out a few other brands before deciding, and his response was so genuine and confident that it left a real impression on me. He said something along the lines of, “Take your time — the right car always finds its owner.” That sincerity stayed with me. The following week, I came back — and without a second thought, I bought the Wrangler on the spot. The entire purchase took less than 10 minutes!
