Momina is a breath of fresh air. No judgement from her, just a kind, patient, sounding board to vent and learn. Have had contact with other staff, and have found them willing to be as accessible as possible to helping me...just what I need! Highly recommend this caring team.

I had two session with a psychologist at this clinic and it was not great. However, that was 2 years ago. I am giving them this review because after 2 years and having no contact with this clinic, I received a call from them. I was at work and not able to pick up. They then breached my confidentiality and contacted my emergency contact, to ask whether or not I wanted to cancel an appointment with a psychologist I knew nothing about. I did not book an appointment or have anything to do with this clinic for over 2 years. When I called to enquire, they said they called my emergency contact as they didn't have my number. Which doesn't make sense, considering they called me first. They also said that the psychologist made the appointment. I don't even know who this psychologist is. Clearly, a very poorly managed practice. Plenty of good psychologists out there, save your money and go somewhere else.

Please please don’t attend this clinic. There are many professional and good clinics out there who will be much better help. I’d hate for anyone to go here and have an experience like mine. After seeing my psychologist for over a year the clinic called to say she was no longer practicing and offered no explanation or alternatives, leaving all of her clients in very vulnerable positions which is extremely disappointing and a horrible way to treat people generally let alone in a “professional” clinic. I was told my adhd diagnoses was formal and paid over $600 for this however it was done by a clinical psychologist not psychiatrist as I was told. As an 18 year old at the time I feel like this is extremely poor behaviour from the clinic especially for a young person who doesn’t have the expenses readily available! When I tried calling the clinic I was met with complete apathy and no follow through. Sharing this purely to deter anyone who is seeking help. There are many other places out there that are experienced, helpful and kind. Please be careful out there!

Clinic is small but personal. Love my psych, she's professional but has a great sense of humour and such a kind disposition. Her compassion and genuine care for her clients is palpable.

I’ve been seeing Larissa for a while now and it’s really helped me with my anxiety, depression and other issues. We clicked from day one, and although I still have bad days I feel more equipped to deal with them with the tools and tips I get each session.

I’m not sure about past Physcologists but I know they have Maria Hamidi there & she’s awesome. I find her very helpful & she knows ways to approach things differently in ways that we never even think about but they work. These strategies make sense but it took Maria to make me see them. I have a great deal of respect for Maria, she’s a true lady & all class. We come from completely different worlds, usually classy people like her look down on people like me but not her. I can see disapproval in people’s faces & she genuinely has never judged me once, she seems to truly understand & want to help. Thank you Maria if you ever see this.

What?? I thought Im seeing a good Psychologist.. Was happy before I came. After my first session, I knew that's NOT the place I want to go. I've asked my Dr to a male Psychologist, but was sent in this place anyway, I thought to myself, ok, Ill try. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.. GOT NOTHING FROM ANY OF MY SESSIONS.. GRRRRRR NOT AGAIN.. I think she's Korean..

Waste of time and not professional. After just 4 sessions (1 month) the therapist rang me to tell me she was leaving the clinic the day after. Why she had acepted a new patient to stop the treatment all of a sudden? The clinic texted me to asked if I wanted a new therapist which I replied no, because I wasn't happy with the clinic and what happend wasn't professional at all. I thought after that message they where going to contacted me back to apollogise but no, nothing.
