I ordered a regular latte, but the coffee tasted burnt and was too hot when I didn't ask for extra hot, and I even got a flat white instead of a latte. I was really disappointed with it, especially considering the price is higher than many other places. Honestly, I didn't expect the quality to be this bad. And I won't be buying from there again.

Absolutely loved this café! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of cozy and modern vibes. It’s busy and popular almost all the time, which honestly says a lot about how good it is. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing, even during the rush. The coffee was outstanding—rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. I also tried one of their pastries, and the bakery items are the best—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they put thought into both their menu and the overall experience. Whether you’re looking for a place to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done, this café ticks all the boxes. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! ★★★★★

The review is for the blonde supervisor, who is incredibly rude and lacks emotional regulation. I ordered two sausage rolls and two beverages for mum and I, she recieved hers and i did not. We waited and waited mums lunch was fully finished when i asked where mine was, it had not been even started. Naturally i asked for a refund and wanted to leave as mum was well finished with her food and the point was to have lunch together. I also asked for a refund for both my food and unopened beverage because it had taken too long and i bought the beverage to have wuth my lunch which was not recieved. This woman gets $5 in cash throws it at me, no apology, no explanation, huffing and puffing like a petulant toddler. I think youd best hire a supervisor that has at least a little training in customer service.

One of my favourite go-to spots with my partner for a relaxing coffee break ☕🍰. The pastries and cakes are truly top notch, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious every single time 😍🎂. It’s no surprise they’re famous for it! The place has a charming vibe, perfect for catching up or unwinding during a busy day 💑🌿. We always enjoy our time here, whether it’s a quick coffee or sitting down for something sweet. However, one small thing I’ve noticed the cashiers could use a bit more warmth 😊. Most of them seem a bit stressed or in a rush, which slightly takes away from the experience. A little smile can go a long way! That said, the quality of the pastries and coffee keeps us coming back again and again. Highly recommended for any dessert lover 🍩🧁❤️.
