Quick, efficient and good price on my puncture repair. They found 3 screws in one tyre right tyre. Minus 2 stars for not checking my other tyres for screws even though I asked and they said they did. I found one another identical screw on the front right a day later which has cost me more time and money

had a fantastic experience at Payless Tyres Chatswood and highly recommend them! I dropped in without an appointment due to a screw in my tyre, and the team looked after me immediately. The customer service was exceptional—professional, honest, and fast. They replaced and balanced my tyre in no time, and the pricing was incredibly competitive. It is rare to find a shop that combines efficiency, affordability, and genuine friendliness so well. I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend..

I cannot recommend Daniel, Adrian and the team at Payless Tyres & Brakes Chatswood highly enough. As an MX-5 owner and enthusiast, finding a workshop that treats my car properly is extremely important to me. I brought my 2001 NB in to Payless after having a stressful experience elsewhere during a rego inspection, and the team went above and beyond to help me out. They took the time to properly inspect the vehicle, gave me an honest second opinion, and did not try to push unnecessary work. Adrian’s experience with MX-5s was especially appreciated - it was clear the car was being looked after by people who understood what they were looking at. When I returned after replacing the affected part myself, they completed the eSafety check and even helped me out with a brake bleed that I had run out of time to finish the night before. On top of that, they cleaned my filthy wheels from my last track day so thoroughly that they looked brand new again. What impressed me most was their attitude. Absolutely the best place to get a full mechanical check! They inspected everything thoroughly and gave me complete peace of mind. They were honest, professional, and explained every detail without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The inspection was very comprehensive, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. If you’re buying a car or just want a proper mechanical check, I couldn’t recommend them more. 10/10 service!
