Incredibly frustrating experience. The counter staff today seemed completely disconnected, they don't understand what the customer wants, repeatedly asking the same questions and creating a massive, unnecessary wait. To make matters worse, the technician who came out to change my wiper blades insisted I reposition and park the car forward, turning a literal 5-second job into a drawn out process. The staff here seriously lack situational awareness and basic efficiency. If you value your time, avoid this location.

Amazing experience with a car battery which was prematurely failing and still just in warranty. Tested and replaced on the spot, free of charge - sit back and they did everything. Shout out to staff member Mitch who was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. This is retail as it should be and will gladly support this team in future.

I had an fantastic experience at this Supercheap Auto, and I specifically want to give a massive shoutout to Shae. I had some issues with my car and was repairing it outside the store, sometimes things has to go wrong when repairing and yesterday was one of those, Shae saw me struggling and actually offered to help and stayed after work to help me get it repaired and make sure the car was safe to drive home. Her level of customer service, genuine care, and automotive knowledge are totally unexpected and unmatched. It is so hard to find service like this anymore! Thanks again!

Last time, I was looking for replacement wiper blades and searched online. The gentleman helped me choose the right option, and I paid the fitting service fee. I learned a lot from the experience and will try fitting them myself next time. I also learned how to maintain the new wiper blades to maximise their lifespan. I was very impressed and truly appreciated the knowledge and experience he shared with me. Today, I went to look for an air filter. Josh (Joshua?) was super friendly and enthusiastic. I asked if he could show me where the air filters were located and possibly guide me on how to replace one. He was extremely helpful — he replaced it for me and also showed me how to do it myself. I was really happy and appreciative of the assistance. I will definitely go to Supercheap Auto Chatswood whenever I need something for my car, and I’d be happy to share my positive experiences with my friends. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

I had selected some rather expensive replacement windshield wiper blades for my car and paid for them to be fitted. The young gentleman who came out to fit them looked at my selection and recommended a much cheaper alternative. He explained clearly why he thought the cheaper alternative was better and it made a lot of sense. While Supercheap might be annoyed that their sale was reduced, they actually gained a loyal customer and someone who was writing a genuinely positive review about their business. I think Supercheap did very well out of this. I know I did very well out of this.
