If I could rate them below 1 if would definitely do that. Unprofessional people doesn’t know how to run the travel agency. Managed or should say operate by one person if the Person is not available then you are stuck. if the agent is not responding customer email and phone calls during the emergency and during working days Or you have to wait until they come back from their holidays you lose it there is no other person manage the clients in the absence of the owner ( Ash ). This people are not honest doesn’t not give you the correct information and provide you their polices before make any purchase. They hide until you ask them. When you ask about cancellation then suddenly their polices appear which customers haven’t seen. If you decide to purchase from them be aware you might not get any help from them after purchase. Better to keep away from them and buy tickets from some reliable agency who give you the service even after your purchase and during your trip.

Poor service i sent an email twice to the actual owner for my receipt which should be attached to my e-ticket but no response. i left a voice to call me back same thing no call back received. and called the payless world again after waiting for 20mins on the phone spoke to the owner ash who wasnt even sorry for not responding to my email tsk tsk. Never again ..

This is also a nice travel agency which has been opened recently. Nice people and attend the calls quickly. Provide the iternary details very nice way. Charges are also comparable and good one compared to others.
