Horrible service on the phone, gentleman was rude.Very poor service. I asked about travel and gave a date range, but instead of helping, the agent spoke down to me and acted over-smart. He insisted I give exact dates and was dismissive instead of trying to guide me. If I had to figure everything out on my own, I wouldn’t need a travel agent.
